Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund/credit policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a credit. 

Returns are inconvenient and complicated for you therefore we decided to go with a simple and convenient refund/credit policy, so you get you can get your money back, or get a credit to enjoy another great AMRICI product. You can share the received products among family and friends or donate it for a good cause.

To start a refund/credit, you can contact us at kriskuster70@gmail.com. Please note that a credit can take up to 10 days and a refund can take up to 30 days, since we are a very small organisation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept refunds for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is receiving a credit for the item you have in order to, make a separate purchase for the new product

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds and Credits
We expect honesty and integrity if you request a refund/credit, if any fraud is suspected we will preserve the right to take legal/criminal action. An honest and correctly made request for a refund/credit is issued, we will honor the request without any challenge and process it within 10 days for credits and 30 days for refunds.
